Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund or Return:

  • To be eligible for a refund and return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
  • Please note that the return cost is non-refundable.
  • All returns must be sent to either our UK address or our Europe/China logistic partner's address with prior authorisation.
  • Refunds are subject to a processing and handling 10% fee for each item being refunded, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If you opt to exchange the returned item for another item, you will not incur the 10% fee.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Full refunds are not available for reasons such as item not fitting in the intended space, change of mind, etc. Final Sale or Made to Order items are non-returnable.
  • We do not offer refunds on customised orders or items with incorrect sizing (please verify item size before purchasing or consult our team for guidance).
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, inform us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We may request photographic evidence or other verification before approving the return.

Returns Process: 

  1. Email our dedicated team at info@coxfinch.com, providing the following details:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for returning the item (defective, size issue, unwanted, or unopened)
  2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging.

  3. Send the item to the address we provide via email.

  4. Upon receiving your returned parcel, our team will initiate the refund process.

  5. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel for your refund to be processed.

Refused Deliveries:
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to orders cancelled in transit or refused upon delivery, if not for damage. This fee covers freight and handling costs. To ensure a refund, initiate a return case rather than refusing delivery.
Oversized Returns:
  • For oversized items (e.g., furniture), email info@coxfinch.com to arrange the return. Note the 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges deduction from refunds.
Color Accuracy:
  • Due to variations in monitor displays, actual product colors may differ slightly. Contact our customer service at info@coxfinch.com for precise color inquiries.
Risk of Loss:
  • We take full responsibility for shipping losses. After delivery, risk of loss transfers to you, but we remain available to assist.
